The project LETAE (Reinforce the Labour Efficiency of Tertiary Adult Education at Universities, number 28675-IC-1-2007-1-ES-ERASMUS-EUCX-1) aims to study the tertiary lifelong learning (TLL) strategies and programs of higher education institutes in relation to its potential to improve the quality of work of the learners (learners’ perspective) and the quality of their work performance (enterprise perspective). At the core of the project stands a comparative study of potential of universities’ TLL in these two dimensions and the possibilities, but also the obstacles to increment this potential. The project will analysis efficiency of TLL programs in these terms asking for the possibilities the improve integration of non-traditional learners in the higher education systems.
